• Reach out to our team via email or call to arrange a date and time for onsite quote measurement.
• If you happy with our quote, we will arrange a time with you for a on-site template.
• After the template is done, we will send you an invoice for the first deposit.
• The deposit must be paid before we start production. No changes can be made after the production has started.
• The final payment must be cleared after we finish production and before the installation.
• The lead time for the bench top installation is 1-2 working weeks for the standard bench tops (20mm and 30mm benches) and for the thicker bench tops, allows 2-3 working weeks after templates.
• Your plumber may hook up the waste for your sink 24 hours after our benchtop is installed. Your electrician may install the cooktop as soon as we finish installation.

Standard slabs are 20mm and 30mm thick. Please note that not all types of stone are available in both 20mm and 30mm. Please enquire our team for the thickness of the specific color you are looking for .

Engineered quartz bench top requires very little maintenance to keep the surface fresh as new. For everyday, routine cleaning of quartz bench tops, we recommend wiping the surface with warm soapy water and a damp cloth or alternatively use a normal spray and wipe type cleaner. To avoid dulling the surface’s shine, make sure not to use any corrosive/harsh cleaners.

We do not recommend the use of engineered quartz products externally. Whilst some customers have opted to install engineered quartz in outdoor applications, external applications may not be covered by our warranty as the engineered quartz has not been approved for prolonged UV ray exposure settings.

We strongly advise against placing hot pots, pans, oven trays or any hot items directly onto the bench tops . The stone will tolerate brief exposures to moderately hot temperatures, however, prolonged direct contact with or radiated heat from hot items can cause thermal shock, discoloration and eventually damage to the stone. We strongly advised the use of a cooling rack or heat proof padding to place hot items onto instead.

We offer a Five Year Warranty for the workmanship. This Warranty covers any defect, or damage to the bench top arising out of any work done during the manufacture and installation (such as break of the joints).
We offer 20 Year Warranty for the Engineered Stone and 5 Year Warranty for the Granite and Marble Stone.
